Welcome to YT, Teddy is adorable. There is NO such thing as a "miniature" yorkie. Yorkie standard weight is 5 to 7lbs. If a breeder uses the words miniature, tiny, toy, that is all a PLOY to charge big bucks. NO breeder can guarantee exact weight their puppies will be as adults. The important thing is that you LOVE Teddy no matter what he weighs. Weight does not change their quirky personalities, they are still little mischievous fun loving babies. IMO this is NOT a good breeder if she advertises miniature yorkies, so for 26 years she has been getting over on ppl. Be happy that you have good communication with this breeder, be happy if you have a healthy baby in the future. You have a beautiful baby, enjoy him.
