I would just watch him for progression. First time outside could be the cause. These babies have to gradually get used to their surroundings. For now just take him for potty. Most definitely get him to vet if for no reason he starts again. Mine is a little over a year old. Sometimes he does this after drinking or playing outside. I think outside is because when we play ball he gets grass in his mouth.
