Anna is around 10ish, Willie and Barney are both 3. So, they just have bad behavior. They are not needing nightly potty breaks.

Yes, unfortunately I am a grouchy friend sometimes due to lack of sleep. But lack of sleep doesn't seem to bother them too much.

Great idea. Will try this. But Barney might freak out. He can't stand change of any sort. But this is definitely worth trying. Also thinking about rearranging room so bottom of bed will face door. Maybe at least then Willie will walk straight to the stairs instead of trampling all over my face. Thank goodness he's tiny.
