My female Yorkie pees like that as well, she has since she was a puppy. My mom and dad have a male basset hound, but he doesn't lift his leg, his body is so low to the ground, that he squats and pees like a girl! We had a female golden retriever ( she recently passed away
) that also lifted her leg a bit to pee.
