I will need to have a look through all her stuff to double check. Since writing the initial post my little brother has admitted that he dropped a piece of chicken about 2 weeks ago and she got it, about 1/4 of a chicken breast!
Not sure if that could cause the rash to come back but I will call the vet first thing tomorrow and ask for another prescription of the shampoo that worked before.
Will also double check everything she gets for any traces of chicken. The brother is well warned to be more careful with his food now!
