Default Need all experienced Yorkie owners

I have a few issues. This all stems from her being sick to her stomach and the pancreatitis; and now my "toothache" ended up being an extremely bad sinus infection, where it's blocked. It's slowly draining.. today is the first day in four days that I can eat or talk without excruciating pain.

I bought white fish, and we are adding raw diet to her food. She won't eat the kibble. I won't force her at this point. I told husband in a month I'll try to add it back, depending on her tummy at that point.

I now see where her poop wasn't normal. She would do these long long ones- too long for her, actually and then a second smaller one twice a day. Since the turkey and rice, and being de-wormed, she's now pooping exactly how she's supposed to. It's only once a day now, but, it's consistent and formed properly.

I DO give her water from the bottle water or cup (bottled water) and will be buying her a fountain. I don't care if it's spoiling. I'm tired of her not drinking water and being told no, nothing else!!! Water is it, she'll drink when she wants (not by you guys)

She was very upset while I was sick. BEFORE the pain started, I couldn't get her off of my chest. I WAS tired, but with MS that's normal, so I woke up with her on her back next to me, and wouldn't budge. I guess my daughter put her up there with me. Then when the pain started, she would run from me. Preferred my daughter, and only when she needed comfort, food, or sleep, would she come up for a quick cuddle. Yesterday she started to get back to normal, but she was just as afraid this morning. I picked her up, and she was shaking. My blue T-shirt that I was wearing I think is what did it. I wore it to bed twice while I was in pain and all I can think is that might have been it, because when I changed my top after shower, she came running and followed me around, played, cuddled. the Behaviorist told me this means she'l lbe an excellent service dog, and is very in tune with me, but I just want to know what I can do to continue to get her back on track. her routine was destroyed while I wasn't feeling well. I'm the only person that takes complete care of her. She got fed, watered, and pet and walked once a day. While I was down.

Sorry for the long winded post, but, I'm at a loss. She was happy, bouncy, energetic, and was a great eater. now she's suspicious of anything you give her, and is slowly coming out of being tired a lot. I could use lots of advice on getting her back on track, especially with eating.
