Yes, I do know that it is more painful. Poor girl, but I would imagine that it isn't any more uncomfortable than having a tooth pulled for some, or being spayed. While both are done more for health reasons that aesthetic ones, the pain level I would imagine would be similar.

I'm going to have it done (most likely) anyway. Sorry little tail!
I'll be sure she has pain medication if the vet says she can have it.
