This morning I gave Jake a packet of Fortiflora on his Royal Canin for breakfast. He had a bad day, 3 poop accidents in the house and after dinner tonight he went outside and had loose poops with a few drops of blood at the end.

He also had the coughing hacking up acid reflux, I took a quarter of Pepsid and put it in a science diet little meatball and he is quiet now resting.

I'm calling my vet in the morning, something is not right and they are missing something. The Royal Canin, I feel, is not working for him.

Tomorrow morning I will give him Science Diet ID to calm his tummy, and go from there. I will update tomorrow when I find out what my vet says.
Poor little baby! Ugh, how horrible for you to have to watch all this too...feeling so helpless . Hang in there though, you will get this figured out.

If there is reflux, I'd be giving the pepcid every day - and very possibly 2x per day, like I have to w/ our chi. And sometimes you do have to up the dose for some babies.
