When I had to report a neighbor for letting a very sick dog go untreated and he was dying...I emailed them pictures of him in their backyard (they are VERY graphic or I would post them) (I had to hang on my fence to get the shots)....they were out here in 2 days and took the dog to save it. |
I reported one of my neighbors in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The dogs were freezing to death in the backyard in snow and sleet and no shelter!!!!UNREAL!!! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr I sure hope they call the ASPCA!
