to the IBC. It's one of the best assurances you have that the Biewer your buying is going to be a true Biewer. I think more and more people are becoming members to validate their Biewers, wheter they intend on breeding or not. All the information is on the IBC site and there's lots of translation programs out there to help with understanding where they are trying to go with this breed. Yes, definitely a coat color, but they are different also in personality. Very outgoing and very sure of themselves. Such sweethearts...
