To start it is known that yorkies don't aways do well with young children. I wonder if your yorkie doesn't want to be picked up by your grandchild and this is the way Sasha is saying it. This is what I would do I would not let the grand daughter pick up Sasha at all and be firm . I would give your grand daughter a treat to give Sasha no touching just offer a treat, and walk away do this every time gd comes till the barking stops and then maybe some touching like a pat on the head when you say its time. This is all I would allow till the gd is much older. Im not saying your gd is bad its just that yorkie need to feel very secure and little one aren't big enough to do that.
I know this doesn't sound like much fun but Sasha sounds like she is afraid and it take alot to back track form that.
Just a side note many breeders will not sell yorkie to familys with young kid for this reason.
