I don't currently own a yorkie but I do have a beautiful Grand puppy. I hope to own one soon . I don't work so I am home and have time to spend. I have heard that you offer them a smaller area food, water, and potty pad maybe even something with your scent on it. Like a small baby receiving blanket. My son put a blanket he had on his bed , cut a small piece and put it in her bed when he went out. Maybe that will help as well. Best of luck with your new baby.
