Has anyone ever heard of this or am I just being suckered in to buying from my vet?
I think you are being suckered in a way. We order from Dr. Smith and Foster. They stand behind their products and medicines 100 percent and most of it is the same stuff the vets sell for higher. of course you do have to pay shipping which amounts to almost nothing if you get a huge order.
