LOL, no all seriousness, Dr Steinberg at University animal hospital is REALLY good, just like all the other vets I've seen. We had a slight disagreement with letting Chewie suffer- for the third day in a row- and demanded he take care of the impaction, but it wasn't Dr. Steinberg.
A vet Tech screwed up. I get it happens.
