I am so sorry for the loss of your little boy. I know how much it hurts. I have never had a beloved pet cremated but I have had to bury a few on our property over the years. It is sweet that you want to do something special with his ashes. You could consider putting his ashes in a hole and plant a nice tree or some kind of plant that lives a long time. You just have to do whatever you feel comfortable with. Personally, after I die, I would like my ashes planted near my beloved yorkies that have passed over the years.
