Your getting a taste of what it is like to become a breeder and how serious this can be for the loving pet person breeding thier beloved Yorkie. I always try to discourage them, in hopes to save them grief just incase something goes wrong.
I never rely on temp taking as you can see sometimes it only makes you worry more! Watch for the plug to come. This will tell you time is very near and dear! As some eat before and during the whelping so this is not a sign either. NO VET can tell from an X-ray if a bitch can free whelp or the size of the puppies when born! I surley cannot believe your vet made this statement!
