I have resently started making Rylie (8 weeks old) wear her collar around the house and when we go out... but she is always scratching at her neck whenever it is on, is this normal? and is this just because she is not used to it? will this eventually stop once she gets used to it? and is there anyway that she can hurt herself from scratching so much?..she never has it on for more then an hour or 2 but i would like her to keep it on longer or all day.

Is there anything i can do to stop her scratching? or is there anyway she may be allergic to her collar?( it is leather)
