I was able to pull up information about it on this forum through my Ipad of all things; and I read up why it's done, and saw a video from 08 with a yorkie with a tail, so.. her's was most definitely cut off, and I saw that even before watching that video.
So, disregard most of the message.. I still want to know if any believe it causes psychological damage? I know she sure as heck didn't let me touch her tail until just recently. That might be her, and not that, though. |
