Why is he taking antibiotics?
If he's constipated, he might not be drinking enough water. A daily small spoon of canned 100% pure pumpkin would help with that - it has high water content and it helps with both constipation and diarrhea.
*you can freeze the canned pumpkin in an ice tray and keep it in the freezer so it lasts longer.
