My little puppy Yorkie that is 6 months old and she's about 1 pound and a half fell out of the Tahoe truck door when I opened it when she hit the floor she get on her side and she just laid there didn't move had a Blank Stare was very rigid when I picked it up but she seems to be ok after about 3 minutes of being rigid and the Blank Stare and the clenched jaw I really don't have a lot of money to take her to the vet should she go to the vet or is there something that I can do or watch for please help
