Great for you!! This is essential! People, especially young people, dont even think about this and it is a "necessary evil" that you WILL wish you had when your rented residence floods or burns to the ground, taking everything but the clothes on your back with it......then it is too late! Insurance!! It is a pain in the butt, but it is essential, and renters insurance is sooooo cheap!!!
