I was going nuts when Scottie was barking at every noise possible in our condo, whether it was the balcony door or the noises in the hallway. I tried using treats to teach her quiet. It didn't really work. Finally, to my surprise, the water bottle spray actually worked!
Now...if someone has a trick to teach them to not bark at every single dog on the street during walks, that would be a gift. They bark at dogs across the street, a block away, just any dog they see in sight! I haven't yet brought out my water bottle during walks, I'm not sure if it'd help, but I might have to try that soon. I've become that
