Default No bark command......not going so well

I just put screens on my french doors so this means I can now leave those doors open. Duchess loves these doors as they allow her to sit and guard her home against any interlopers like squirrels, rabbits and of course other dogs.

The problem is she goes crazy with barking win she spots the enemy. I live in a neighborhood where mostly everyone owns a dog. I've been trying to train her to stop barking when I say "no bark" but it doesn't appear to be working. I've tried all of the usual suggestions found on here but none appear to be working. Normally it takes Duchess only a few tries before she learns a new command but I think it is hard to get her to focus when she is going crazy barking at the neighborhood dogs.

I started telling her no bark and then put her in the powder room for a few minutes. Well the little stinker starts barking in the powder room. I want to be able to leave the doors open but I don't want her barking to disturb the neighbors. Anyone got any other ideas? We both love having the doors open for the sun and the fresh air. I don't really use the AC unless we are in practically in a heat wave so these doors will probably be open for most of the summer.
