It was probably very overwhelming for her to be there...imagine the smells, the excitement, the anxiety for a really young pup to deal with...plus, she may have been picking up on your own anxiety as well. Keep trying to go and let her get used to it a little at a time. Eventually, she'll meet some other dogs w/ whom she'll want to interact. Just like people don't like every person they meet, dogs don't like every dog they meet...
