That is one of those wonderful little things mommas teach their babies....how to submit/greet other dogs....lessons learned between 10-16 weeks of age!! This is a classic behavior that is learned by puppies, from the mother dog!
I am sure there are others here that have had to deal with this behavior that will be able to give you some advice in this area.....patience and consistancy are vital. |
