Did you know that carrots produce lots of gas! I didn't until I ate like 3 raw carrots (small ones) as snack while watching TV. Later had such stomach pain nearly made me cry. But I googled it and found out 'carrots produce gas'. First and last time I do that! Just saying since you give her carrot juice. Praying for quick recovery.
