Seizures are not common and definitely require vet attention immediately. There are many possible causes, including liver shunt, which is high on the list of possible congenital problems for Yorkies.

Baby needs a work up ASAP....breeder should be contacted ASAP because this is important information she needs for her breeding program. Additionally, your breeder may be able to give you valuable assistance, recommendations, referrals, and if this is a genetic issue, your breeder should stand behind her pup. Additionally, she must be made aware that one of her breeding pairs has thrown a puppy that is having seizures.....this is NOT a line she would want to continue to produce....
