Eeek, 30 minutes. Was Zoey sneezing or coughing, or both? Max had a coughing attack once that made me think he was choking on something. We went to the ER (because it happened on a Saturday night, of course, like these problems always seem to) and the vet said his throat was inflamed. He was given antibiotics.

Be very careful giving medications not prescribed by the vet, especially when you cannot be sure what is wrong with your baby. Read this vet pharmacy warning about Hydrocodone:
