Welcome to Yorkie Talk. Sorry to hear you think your pup might be having seizures.
Seizures are not common and definitely require vet attention immediately. There are many possible causes, including liver shunt, which is high on the list of possible congenital problems for Yorkies.
I would capture one of the episodes on video if possible and see the vet.
