Limit the areas the pup is allowed to access, best in a small room without carpets. When not able to supervise, back in the crate. Or tether the pup to you wherever you go.
As others said, puppy proof the house, make sure there's no wires to chew on in the small area allowed. Make sure to remove anything you don't want the pup to chew on. Have lots of dog toys ready - a variety of types of toys. They love stuffed animals - just make sure there are no sewn on parts, like eyes, that can be chewed off and swallowed.
