I bought Cricket a tag from pet runway I think it was .Co. It was a UK website but I got it in a week and I live in the US. It is a specialized tag though. The front side says "I have a liver shunt", and the back side has her name, my cell phone number, and then it says low protein diet. I know this doesn't fit your situation, but I'm just throwing it out there.
