Welcome to YT ! And, CONGRATS on your new little one, how exciting!

I didn't crate train mine bc all of mine just absolutely hated the crate, so I couldn't justify that level of confinement to an animal when they clearly hated it.

But...I do know some suggestions you might try...do you have a Momma-sized stuff dog for her as company...? That can be comforting to have something to snuggle with -- also, if you get one rub the stuffed dog on you and your wife so that it has your smells, which is also comforting for her. You can try pheromone sprays or plug-ins, which work great for some dogs. Can also try aromatherapy soothing sprays or balms too, to help her calm down. A timed heating pad in there may help her calm down sooner....but you want to make sure it's very protected so that she can't chew any part of the electricals!

And mostly, it will just take time and patience for her to get used to being without Momma, without her mates, and also alone....those are HUGE changes for her and it's very stressing for puppies to go through this when they're used to constant company 24/7 w/ their litter.

If it turns out that she just does *not* do well w/ a crate - then you may instead want to try the Iris Pen (Amazon or Walmart), which is what I used and many others here have used. It give them a little more room, and feels WAY LESS confining. It can fit a bed, pee pad, water/food, couple toys.

Best of luck and keep us posted how she is doing !
