Hello everyone. Is anyone from the Harrisburg or Pennsylvania area and use SNAP? For Spay and Neutering assistance?
If anyone out there on this forum uses SNAP assistance program, could you please tell me your opinions and also, help me figure out how to become a member so I can use snap? It seems to save ALOT of money to get my baby neutered.... thanks! |
