If they are leaving imprints on his penis then it's too tight. Take him out often & WHILE he is in the act of urinating, tell him GOOD BOY go potty outside. When you are taking him outside for a potty, tell him lets go OUTSIDE & go potty. After he's done his business OUTSIDE give him a treat as soon as you come in.
