Poor Sarge! Is he panting? Hugging walls when he paces or circling? Head pressing? Drinking more water than usual?
Was he groomed recently? Anything out of the norm?
Sometimes anal gland problems can make them behave differently.
I hope it turns out to be just an anomaly and that he is back to himself by morning.
