Oh Judy I am so very sorry to hear of the passing of Majicman. Try not to fret too much about his leaving in his sleep. I think somehow they choose or life chooses for them how death comes. And of course we grieve for their passing, for no more life sharing events with each other.

I think dog lovers and owners must share some sort of beloved craziness that lets us open our hearts so much to our dogs that in all likelihood we will outlive. We literally sign up for this heart breaking grief.
