Okay, titering is not allowed in Mississippi, and even if it was, would it apply to all 28 dogs (oldest 13, youngest adult 2, and 3 litters of puppies). Of course not. Rabies shots are the law here. Yes, there is a video. Go to my link on the general forum titled "Sick and Disgusted." There is a link that you must click on a computer (for some reason if you click it on your phone, the video doesn't appear). You have to answer a silly question, and then the story and video will appear. It doesn't show the "home" where these babies were kept, but it shows them after the rescue. They are pitiful. I could care less if this man is looney bin crazy, someone should have stepped in for the dogs. I know I am rambling, but if one can't find homes for his dogs and is stressed about it, why are there 3 litters of puppies? Why would one continue to breed their babies if their house is falling down? They said the ammonia smell was strong. Why, just why? |
