I do not agree with what happened, let me just say that.

But a ways up, someone pointed out feather plucking on a bird. I have a feather picker. He's very loved and very well cared for. But he likes to pull the feathers from a dime sized patch on his neck. I tried everything- new toys, new food, different food, foraging, out of cage time, ointments, sprays, feather oils- literally everything. That certainly does not constitute abuse.
