If she really has an odor, then no, I would not feed a high grain food like RC which yeast would thrive on - if there is yeast present. I'd be feeding a grain free kibble ONLY like Natures Logic, Natures Variety, Solid Gold, Wellness Core, Orijen/Acana etcetera.
If there is yeast, and if it's all over - then you'll need to treat it medically like w/ a regimen of Diflucan x 6 weeks.
