It will change the way they are, but might not be a bad change. If they are well bonded they may just pull this new puppy in with them and love it just like a little sister.
I had 1 Yorkie that I took in as a 9 year old. I was getting a Yorkie (mix) puppy from a friend about 5 months later. That 9 year old got so bonded with me that I was worried, but the puppy was my then 17 year old daughter's birthday present so it was HER puppy. Well, I went and fell in love with a brother to that puppy and my friend asked me if I would take that puppy since I loved him so much already and she knew he would be spoiled. So, we ended up bringing in 2 puppies at that point.
My 9 year old that had just bonded to me acted like I broke his heart. I would take him on special walks with just him and I would take him places and leave the puppies at home. He lived on the back of the couches completely for a week or two. Anytime he touched the ground the puppies pounced on him (they adored him). Well one day about 2 weeks after I brought home the puppies, they were playing and wrestling on the floor. The older dog watched as usual but then he ventured down onto the couch and then to the floor and then he jumped into their dog pile! They think he is their older brother and they just adore him!
The first couple weeks I questioned if I made the right decision on bringing in my own puppy, but the 2 of them (my puppy and the older Yorkie) sleep in my bed with me and my husband and they are actually bonded in their own way. The brother and sister puppy have their own bond as well. The girl puppy loves the older dog, but not in the same way as my puppy does, but she sleeps with my daughter and gets her own time alone with her.
It will change things, but that won't necessarily be a bad change. If your puppies adopt her as their little sister it will all be great.
On a side note, my mom got a sibling puppy to mine but from a later litter and she brings him over whenever she visits and my puppies just jump right in and play with him like he is one of them. They are not like that with random puppies though.
