I know this is hard for you your little one not feeling good. I hope hes better soon doing his usual activities with you.
I think that I would give him water also. Did the vet give you info on what to feed your baby. With him on antibiotics He might need something in his tummy. My babies would throw up taking antibiotics and a empty stomach. I have given my babies Beech nut baby food chicken in broth. When my little ones go through bad days that's the only thing they seem to want. We just went through that this past week with our youngest. We added rice to hers it helped her feel better. I know your baby is older but we have a fourteen yr old too and we do the same for him on his bad days. You might get him to eat just the chicken and leave off the rice. It's very mild for them. I'm not sure of the specifics with your baby.
Our little old boy doesn't want to eat some days and he also get very picky. So we had to come up with ways to encourage him. He loves his cottage cheese too.
