Rhonda, I am relieved for you that little Lily is okay! I can imagine how frightened you were. Good job getting her to the ER vet right away.
What kind of tea was it? Could it have been a caffeine overdose? I know that caffeine can be toxic to dogs, give them heart arrhythmias, rapid breathing.
