Even after our hawk incident the Fish And Wildlife people said "oh a hawk won't go after this little dogs, even they are too big". WRONG, even for all their knowledge they don't get that a hungry hawk or a hawk with young will go after anything they think they might be able to get. Some Hawks will go after bigger things that they can carry just to eat them on the spot. So be careful about what others say about Hawks !
