So sorry this wee one is struggling, that's not good at all.
Has the vet offered / suggested trying I/D food yet...? Worth a try. Also, try sprinkling Parmesan cheese on her food as it can be enticing. And try coconut oil...which is good both bc of the smell AND bc it is calorie dense, being an oil.
Try giving calorie dense treats like peanut butter and cheese too.
I'm really glad you're doing the shunt testing bc I'd be concerned about this too. Please keep us posted!
