I am NO expert. I would ask the ladies on here that have so much experience! I actually feed Roxie Royal Canine also, but I also mix that will Vets Choice, Holistic Health Extension Dog Food for puppies, Little Bites! I get the chicken flavor! She absolutely LOVES this.
I sincerely hope this helps! It is so frustrating and scary when they don't eat, especially when they are so small. Roxie is only 1 pound. They say she will only be around 3.5 pounds! I hope she gets bigger than that though. We will see. Her father was almost 4 pounds and mom was 5-6 pounds.

Excellent!! I have 3 tinies and they get Health Extension Little Bites, along with RC canned.....RC has a canned puppy food that they all seem to enjoy.....or you can soften the puppy kibble in a little warm water.....I usually will mix a "gravy" of 1/3 cup warm water with a heaping tablespoon of chicken baby food mixed in to pour over the kibble to soften it. That Health Extension Little Bites is about the size of a BB or a pellet....and they all seem to love it and it is excellent dog food .....I have fed that to my tinys for about 12 years.....
