Bless their little hearts...they try sooooo hard to do right! I think the difference is putting the pad in a holder....it has a physical, obvious edge they have to step over....maybe that draws some kind of "line" in their little minds.....this is what I rationalize in my mind.....I dont know......maybe the holder is better/easier to make a boundry pup can realize, because he has to step up and over it....???!!!!
