There have been law suits due to Petsmart grooming.
I'm sure it is not all of them, but one left a dog in a cage with a blow dryer on it and apparently forgot about it - the pup died.
May have been one incident, however, that would scare me to death. A local Yorkie breeder that is teaching me to show confirmation has a very well liked boarding kennel -- she has taught me to do the small amount of grooming I do on my Cali - except I am too chicken to do her nails
