Putting it back is not hard! Really, I promise. I have a chi who is terrible and gets stuck a lot.
Just get a bit of KY jelly. The water based kind ONLY, and lube it up. Then gently work the sheath back over the penis. The lubrication will help, and it should go without too much trouble.
