Has Chanelle had her first heat? Often females get very moody and more aggressive before a heat cycle. Spaying her should help some but there is no guarantee since the bad behavior has already started. You should keep her separated from Kelli but don't be surprised if she then turns her aggression on Sadie. Because of Chanelle's size I would be greatly concerned about her hurting Kelli.
