I have 2 female Yorkies, one who is 11, the other is 7. They have both been trained to use the pee pad while in the house, but they also go outside when taken for walks.

In the past couple of months, the 11 yr old pees on the floor close to the pad but not on it. The younger one always uses the pad. They both use the same pee pad. The pad is changed every morning and every night.

Any suggestions as to how to get the oldest one to actually get 'on' the pad again?
